Former-school identity
The building’s original use gives Heritage High an architectural personality unlike a purpose-built apartment complex.
Our building
A familiar Madison landmark, now home.
Heritage High brings apartment living into a distinctive former school building near downtown Madison.
An adaptive-reuse story
Character worth keeping.
The most compelling thing about Heritage High is already built into its walls: the scale, rhythm, and presence of a former school. Its conversion created one- and two-bedroom apartment homes within an established Madison landmark.
We are still reconstructing the building’s documented history. Construction dates, renovation milestones, ownership history, and preservation claims will remain out of public copy until they are supported by reliable records and approved by management.
Authentic documentation
Future photography will focus on real exterior details, common spaces, and representative residences.
Evidence before claims
Dates and preservation details will be published only after documentary confirmation.
